Postdoctoral research manager in pharmaceutical biology (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Conducting and supervising a practical lab course in the pharmacy degree program
  
• Imparting specialized knowledge and practical skills to students
  
• Mentoring and supporting students in their academic and scientific training
  
• Researching and analyzing current scientific literature
  
• Assisting in the preparation of manuscripts and scientific publications
  
• Developing and preparing grant proposals for securing external research funding
  
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of the research infrastructure of the group

Your Profile

• Completed scientific university degree (Master/Diploma [Univ.]) with a PhD in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field from a recognized institution
  
• Knowledge of literature research and data processing software (e.g., Endnote/Citavi, SigmaPlot)
  
• Ideally, experience in successful third-party funding acquisition
  
• Additional knowledge of extracellular vesicles, infection therapies, or biomaterials, or immunology is an advantage
  
• Experience in organizing and conducting practical courses in pharmacy or related subjects is desirable
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Corel software
  
• Very good English skills (at least C1 level) and good German skills (at least B2 level)
  
• Ability to work independently and a proactive attitude toward new projects
