Team Specialist IT Procurement (m/f/d)

In our unit Regulatory & Research Solutions you lead the global divisional IT procurement team and community through the coordination of important roles and tasks.

• You foster strong relationships and exchange best practices within BASF central IT Procurement, Finance, regional and functional IT teams to collaborate for success.
• Furthermore, you drive the third party IT provider portfolio together with our Global IT Solution Delivery team balancing service quality and cost efficiency.
• In addition, you adress requirements and ensure business continuity through proactively analyzing divisional IT demand and conducting RFXs with central procurement.
• You execute delegated procurement for global vegetable seed IT.
• You contribute with your own ideas to the continuous improvement of the divisional IT procurement processes including ordering and invoicing processes.

• degree in Business Administration
• first leadership experience
• several years of work experience in procurement
• know-how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
• strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
• high customer and service orientation open and motivating way of leading employees

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
• Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
