We find a roof over everyone's head - from offices to laboratories to industrial sites, we look after our sites worldwide in the Global Real Estate department. We are responsible for BASF's real estate management and ensure optimal use of the portfolio with our real estate services. Real estate initiatives as well as the purchase and sale of real estate are part of our work.
Become part of our team that offers excellent services in the field of real estate management. In this role, you contribute to the strategic management of BASF's global real estate portfolio based on our corporate strategy.
- This will include managing and optimising BASF's real estate portfolio data, ensuring cost efficiency, transparency and quality and using your strategic vision to develop sustainable optimisation strategies for our portfolio.
- In addition to this, you oversee the administration, operation and ongoing development of our real estate management tools such as SAP RE-FX and Digital Building Twin.
- You leverage data to create insightful reports about our real estate portfolio, by providing valuable information to various stakeholders globally, across the business.
- Furtermore, you are responsible for continuously updating and generating location and real estate data in SAP RE-FX and SAP S4 HANA.
- degree in Business Administration, Economics, Surveying, IT, or equivalent. A postgraduate real estate-specific education is a plus
- professional background with an interest in data management, preferably in an international context
- high proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse and RE/FX is beneficial
- ideally, SQL knowledge and experience with PowerBI
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 49.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
