As a candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that includes data analysis and laboratory testing for various devices and products. You will also be responsible for the process monitoring parameter list, including content, targets, specification limits and CP/CPK efficiency. In addition, you will support the development of non-volatile memory (NVM) algorithms and perform measurements with various automated devices.
In your new role you will:

  • Data analysis and laboratory measurements for various devices/products
  • Analysis of correlation of process monitors to product yield
  • Evaluation of technology DOEs
  • Responsible for process monitor parameter list including content, targets, specification limits and cp/cpk efficiency
  • Support NVM algorithm development and measurements with different automated equipment
  • Act as an interface between NVM macro design and product test engineering
  • Cooperate closely with technology development, silicon foundries and product engineering

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related fields
  • About 3-5 years of working experience in the field of electrical semiconductor device characterization
  • Good experience in non-volatile memory devices and processes
  • Experience in software (Python, Perl etc.) close to hardware languages and low-level drivers
  • Basic experience using automated test equipment (prober, tester, etc)
  • Business fluent English - German is a plus
  • Very good communication skills across different management levels, team disciplines and geographical locations
