Senior Specialist Supply Chain Operations (m/f/d)

In Global Business Services, we support BASF's divisions with a cross-functional network and offer modern solutions tailored to the needs of the business. As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative, efficient and future-oriented.

Within our Domestic Delivery Services Unit, we are responsible for the delivery of supply chain and customer order management services and relevant excellence activities.

• You work closely with Service & Expert teams to identify ERP process improvement needs and change requirements.
• You support implementation of respective measures and solutions to increase system effectiveness for operational teams.
• As a main point of contact, you provide daily technical support to the service teams related to the operations performed in SAP to ensure business process continuity and support End- and Key users by sharing your profound knowledge about the process flows.
• You coordinate and accomplish UAT’s for regular Business Go-lives and ERP system updates.
• In addition, you validate training materials for newly developed processes against business requirements.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or IT
• professional experience in Supply Chain Management and/or IT and carrier relationship management
• Experience in SAP (TM/WM)
• German and English, fluent in spoken and written

• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 49.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
