(Senior) DevOps Engineer Azure - Kubernetes (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• You plan, design and implement the infrastructure of a highly reactive system steering and operating in real time a multitude of decentral energy assets (power from kW to GW) using cutting edge technologies
• You design, deploy, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
• You utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for automated provisioning and management of Azure resources.
• You implement security best practices for Kubernetes and Azure environments
• You provide expert-level support for troubleshooting Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized applications
• You are continuously looking at improving the operations, the infrastructure and the technologies used
• You work closely with the rest of the team incl. developers and testers as well as with the product teams in an agile environment
• You mentor and lead externals (nearshore)

Your profile

• Experience in the operations of modern cloud infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with public cloud providers (e.g. Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform)
• Experience with GitOps (e.g. ArgoCD)
• Good understanding of networks esp. in cloud environments
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud native designs
• You are hands-on, proactive, you embrace challenges: take, learn, resolve, grow, share with others
• You are a true team player
• You communicate fluently in English
