Aufgabe Orchestrate, define and execute the TÜV SÜD data strategy and adapt it globally in close collaboration with the Enterprise Data Architects Build and deploy data management, data governance, data compliance and quality standards for TÜV SÜD Responsible for enforcing consistent data quality, transparency on data assets, and undisputable data compliance with internal and external regulations across the TÜV SÜD group to build a data-driven organization Support the change process by being an active advocate of a data-centric culture and spark interest in leadership and employees for the topic Support and foster data literacy by helping define and execute a role-based upskilling
Qualifikation Master in information technology, computer or data science or a comparable qualification At least six years of relevant experience as Data Quality Officer or in an adequate position Excellent knowledge and skills in data quality and data compliance definition, planning and transformation; firm knowledge in data architecture In-depth expertise in data compliance, state-of-the-art data quality and respective process and tool landscape Strong database management and analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a diverse environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and German
