In this position, you will report to the Director product management automation and will contribute to the growth of Voith Papers automation business:

Your tasks

• You are responsible for building up an automation team in India for global market.
• Therefore you will establish a customer-centric mindset with strong capabilities for global customer coverage.
• Evaluating and building a supply chain for automation and control systems will also be part of your responsibilities.
• You are responsible for ensuring the quality of supplied services and solutions.
• You ensure 2nd level support of supplied services solutions worldwide.
• Furthermore you orchestrate cooperation of the Indian Automation Team, R&D & Global Product Management.
• Coordinating the cooperation with order execution departments in other regions rounds off your area of responsibility.

Your profile

• You have a university degree in the field of automation, digital/IT or physics.
• You have a strong business acumen demonstrated in former positions.
• You are willing and able to take ownership on initiatives to the outcome.
• You are open to new ideas and concepts and bring a a healthy “can do" attitude.
• You can demonstrate strong capabilities to focus on customer experience management.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken is a prerequisite.
• Personally, your ability to present own ideas and concepts to management levels as well as your strong intercultural competences are convincing.
