WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At HR Services EMEA in our Service Hub Berlin we stand for comprehensive HR service delivery throughout the region Europe, Middle East & Africa. We rely on more than ten years of high-quality service delivery as BASF's internal service provider. To complete our team, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of HR Officer. You will work within our Africa team, as well as provide support to our HR Business Partners regarding HR communications and HR operations tasks

• You collect and archive employee documents before the actual contract is signed; and maintain all HR data in SAP and other HR Systems; and provide ad-hoc reports on demand.
• You support our local counterparts and HR Business Partners in various regions of Africa, with regards to HR administrative and operational tasks.
• You generate letters, presentations, documents, and templates for the HR team to allow them to deliver the needs of the business.
• You manage training procurement processes, maintain training items in the system, and communicate about this with employees, Local HR, and third-party providers.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• You have a bachelor's degree and could already have acquired practical experience with regards to learning administration and recruiting.
• You are used to working with IT systems, especially MS Office applications and have as well solid MS Excel skills.
• You keep a clear head, work in a well-organized manner and communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You are good in planning and organizing, friendly and service-oriented towards customers and local partners and enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team's success.
