WELCOME TO BASF
In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for the HR governance in the BASF group. By developing focused HR policies, we execute our corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, we support them in personnel matters and are responsible for strategic succession planning.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our Corporate Compensation & Mobility unit at Hub Berlin, you will support and represent Corporate HR in cross-unit and BASF Group-wide topics and projects in the area of international personnel assignments and will be the contact person for the various divisions and subsidiaries as well as colleagues who provide services related to international personnel assignments.
- You analyze and continuously further develop existing global policies for international personnel deployment with regard to changing external conditions and strategic priorities.
- In this role, you are in regular contact with colleagues from the Global Business Services Mobility department and our business units to identify opportunities for improvement
- You ensure the implementation and communication of changes within the group companies as well as to our external mobility service providers.
- Additionally, you ensure systematic monitoring of compliance with mobility policies and manage requests for exceptions to existing policies.
- You also take on other tasks in the area of mobility as needed and support projects.
- Finally, you track trends and developments outside of BASF related to mobility, and develop resulting recommendations for action for BASF.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- successfully completed master's degree in economics or similar field with approx. 8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in HR in an international company, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of mobility
- expert knowledge on all topics related to international personnel deployment
- proficient in MS Office, experience with mobility tools and SAP HR is a plus
- highly team-oriented, with an affinity for project-based work
- effective communication with our contacts in the region in both German and English
WHAT WE OFFER
- gross annual salary (full-time): 65.000 - 69.000 €, depending on qualifications and work experience
