• You take on a variety of organizational tasks – including travel arrangements and expense reports, applying for travel documents, and handling correspondence and communication

• You are the first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries addressed to the IT & Data Director

• You organize meetings and events across countries and coordinate appointments efficiently

• You take care of the preparation and follow-up of meetings and events

• You handle international business correspondence in English

Über Dich

• A successfully completed commercial education

• Several years of experience in an assistant role in an international company

• Strong organizational and communication skills – across all hierarchical levels

• A dynamic and pragmatic personality with a hands-on approach

• High service orientation and enthusiasm for new tools

• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

• Fluent English skills – German is a plus

Start is on 01.06.2025 in Frankfurt or Munich.
