WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our People Engagement Services Team we are looking for a passionate new colleague:

• As a Senior Specialist for Talent Management you implement Talent and Community Management measures in the areas of Leadership Excellence, Talent and Career Development.
• In addition, you contribute and support global projects which may include problem identification and impact analysis, development of a sustainable solution, change management, communication and delivery in the area of talent and community management.
• You conduct comprehensive talent reviews, organize and facilitate sessions for networking and talent discovery.
• Furthermore, you manage the planning and execution of community events to encourage engagement and collaboration.
• You share knowledge on trends in Leadership Development, Employee Development and Talent Management.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
• at least two years of professional experience in HR, ideally in Talent Management, Community Management or Learning and Development
• in-depth knowledge of Talent Management and Learning & Development topics
• excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German is a plus
• entrepreneurial behavior with a high degree of ownership and service mindset
• high motivation to achieve success together as a team

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary: € 48.000 - € 52.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
• In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Modern sustainable office building in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg with flexible working options, rooftop terrace and cafeteria for innovative and team-focused collaboration.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
