Vielfältige Aufgaben

• Collaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and developers to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals, including customizations in Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules).
• Develop and maintain applications using C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, Power Platform, and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices, while monitoring and improving performance with Azure tools like Application Insights.
• Refactor and enhance existing applications to meet the latest standards and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Lead the existing developers from a technical point of view and ensure that the development is going smoothly across the existing development teams.

Überzeugendes Profil

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 (ideally Customer Service)
• Strong skills in C# / .NET and JavaScript / TypeScript, including Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, workflows, business rules)
• Experience with the Power Platform (Canvas & Model-driven Apps, automation)
• Nice to have: integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, automation)
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and applying best practices (design patterns, security)
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with strong communication skills
• Familiar with agile ways of working

Languages

• English: B2+ (mandatory)
• Portuguese and/or German: nice to have
