WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within the globally operating Digital Farming business, we strive for data-driven business management through controlling, procurement and finance. Help us to execute budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.

• As Senior Global Controller Digital Farming, you lead and continuously improve the global business reporting processes for BASF Digital Farming.
• You provide financial insights and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• In your new role, you co-develop and implement the strategy for business steering and reporting, aligned with long-term business goals.
• You act as a strategic business partner to senior management, contributing to key decisions and initiatives and working with cross-functional international teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• In addition, you drive the digitalization and automation of reporting processes with tools such as SAP, Power BI, AI tools, etc.
• Last but not least, you identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in controlling.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in economics, business administration or similar subject areas
• at least 5 years of work experience with initial leadership experience
• expert knowledge in controlling, forecasting and reporting
• in depth knowledge in SAP, COPA and Databases
• analytical thinking skills and a systematic approach to identifying and correcting errors
• fluent communication skills in English
