WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group (see here: ). To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles.

To bridge the gap, you will be employed by BASF SE on a temporary basis with the simultaneous binding promise of permanent employment in the new company.

• In your new position, you design, implement, and continuously develop global compensation and benefits programs, including grading, performance management, and executive and board-level remuneration.
• You manage target setting processes and, based on target achievement, ensure the effective execution of STI, LTI, and merit rounds.
• Your expertise is in demand! You conduct global benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive, market-aligned, and compliant compensation structures.
• Right in the heart of things! You prepare the annual compensation report and actively support the preparation of the Annual General Meeting.
• Together with your colleagues, you act as the subject-matter expert for the global compensation and benefits portfolio and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams as well as external partners.
• There's always room for improvement! You actively contribute to building and strategically shaping a new HR organization while staying up to date on market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed university degree, ideally in business administration, economics, human resources, or a comparable field
• at least five years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global and complex organizational environment with exposure to executive remuneration
• strong expertise in compensation frameworks, grading, regulatory requirements, market benchmarking, and translating data into actionable recommendation
• proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality
• very good German and English skills as well as confident use of SAP, standard MS Office applications, and modern digital tools including AI-supported solutions
• strong communication and collaboration skills, a high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional and dynamic environments
