WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• As Senior Project Lead (m/f/d) you collaborate with colleagues on complex strategy consulting projects and provide impactful solutions for businesses and functions across BASF.
• You identify potential improvements in each project and advise the management team competently and empathetically.
• From Day 1, you apply your skills and contribute your ideas to ongoing projects.
• You communicate clearly and openly with all parties involved throughout all project phases.
• Our end-to-end consulting services allow you to accompany a project from start to finish.
• You enjoy top management visibility by working with BASF Executives globally on a wide range of strategic high-priority projects with sustainable impact.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• professional experience in strategic consulting and project work in a (global) strategy consulting firm
• depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you start as Project Leader (3-5 years) or Senior Project Leader (5-7 years)
• proven expertise in project management methods as well as consulting methodologies and approaches
• excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• convincing and competent behavior in client interactions
• open-minded and inclusive attitude, reliable team player
• international work experience is a plus

• Attractive location: Your work location is in Monheim (near Düsseldorf), the administrative headquarters of BASF Personal Care & Nutrition GmbH. The Monheim office has a canteen and modern, flexible workspaces designed to accommodate various teams and functions.
• Hybrid Work: You can combine remote work with up to 3 office days. Regular visits of our headquarters in Ludwigshafen are required, e.g. for monthly team days or unit events. Depending on the project/client, journeys to other BASF sites may be necessary as well.
