Project and Task Coordinator (f/m/d) part-time

The Position

• Support the coordination of PRIME-ARI WP3 development of training material and LEAPS-TECH WP8 industrial outreach activities
• Monitor work plans, deadlines, deliverables, milestones and partner contributions
• Organise meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
• Liaise with project partners, stakeholders and subject-matter experts
• Collect, structure and consolidate technical and administrative contributions
• Support project reporting, documentation, communication and European events
• Prepare training materials based on content supplied by responsible experts and supervisor
• Edit materials for consistency, accessibility, modularity and online use
• Coordinate the review, piloting and refinement of training materials
• Engage relevant suppliers, companies and technology providers, identified by the ILO process
• Organise industry–research-infrastructure workshops and bilateral meetings
• Research market opportunities and collect stakeholder and supplier feedback

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification and relevant experience
• Relevant experience in project or multi-partner activity coordination
• Ability to monitor deadlines, deliverables and partner contributions
• Experience consolidating information provided by multiple experts
• Experience preparing reports, presentations or training materials
• Experience organising workshops, meetings or professional events
• Experience engaging external stakeholders, preferably including industry
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational, communication and intercultural skills
• Very good digital skills, including the use of standard office software (Microsoft office) and collaboration and document-management platforms
• Ability to work independently and obtain appropriate expert validation
• Willingness to undertake occasional project-related travel in Europe
• Desirable: experience with EU projects, research infrastructures or training
• Desirable: experience in industry liaison, innovation or technology transfer
