This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in Germany or on the East Coast of the United States, with the option to work from our Wiesbaden office.

As Account Executive at Seibert, youâre part of a Go-to-Market team that takes real ownership of product and service success. You collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Sales Consultants to bring our products and services to the right customers. Youâre the person who turns leads into conversations, and conversations into closed deals.
Youâre not just someone who sells. Youâre someone who listens, understands customer needs, and finds the right solution.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or professional services, with a strong understanding of how enterprise buying decisions are made.
Experience working with Atlassian products or within the Atlassian ecosystem, and comfort operating in that environment.
A strong sense of ownership, including the willingness to make difficult decisions.
Excellent communication skills â able to explain complex topics clearly, challenge constructively, and represent your productâs value both internally and externally.
