      What you can expect

      • You support post-approval life cycle management and maintenance activities
      • You assist in the preparation of regulatory documents needed for submission to Health Authorities
      • You handle dossier documents in document management software
      • You prepare eCTD sequences using publishing software
      • You track submission and approval dates in the regulatory information management system (RIMS) database for regulatory procedures
      • You update project trackers for registration and variation procedures
      • You support the Regulatory Affairs team on an ad hoc basis, such as in the development of presentations and documents

      Who we are looking for

      • You are a student of Pharmacy, Biology, or another Life Sciences field (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate)
      • You are curious, passionate about learning about the Regulatory Affairs role in a multinational pharmaceutical company
      • You bring analytical and very good self-organization skills to handle activities independently
      • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Englisch, German and additional language is a plus
      • You have strong user proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications
      • You are flexible to work in a cross-functional team
      • The position is currently available for 1 year
