(Senior) Manager Strategy & Project Management Office (f/m/d)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Strategy team and take responsibility for steering a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in driving HARTMANN’s corporate transformation agenda and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into impactful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a broad portfolio of strategic projects across divisions, countries and functions, ensuring transparency across our transformation program and effective implementation
• Partner with project managers and senior stakeholders to challenge ideas, structure approaches, define milestones and support robust project planning
• Challenge and strengthen business case logic, including value drivers, assumptions, financial impact and measurable KPIs
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior stakeholders across the HARTMANN Group
• Prepare, facilitate and follow up on regular Steering Committee meetings with the Management Board
• Lead and support selected corporate and business division strategy projects that contribute to HARTMANN’s transformation into a best-in-class healthcare company

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background in business administration, economics, science, medicine or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, strategy, business development or management consulting
• Strategic thinking and a strong analytical mindset, combined with the ability to solve complex problems and drive fact-based decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to tailor messages to executive audiences
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence in working across functions, countries and hierarchical levels in an international environment
• Relevant experience in managing complex projects and applying professional project management methods and tools; certification such as PRINCE2 or similar is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience in ServiceNow, with analytics, reporting or database tools is an advantage
