You will be responsible for one of the biggest brand in our Dairy portfolio and one of the leading in total Dairy market – Actimel. Within this role you oversee and drive for your brand Brand Health KPIs, penetration, sales performance, market share, profitability, and A&P targets. Proactively identify and implement necessary changes to achieve business objectives for our winning Actimel DACH business.

• Uncover key insights and identify critical jobs to be done. Prioritize growth opportunities & new spaces to set robust short- and medium-term brand strategies with a strong outside-in perspective.
• Identify & lead the key growth strategies across different levers from insight generation to ideation and orchestrating excellence in execution.
• Make evidence-based decisions on resource allocation to meet business targets. Demonstrate agility in pivoting strategies as needed.
• Lead, engage, motivate, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead and engage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with local needs and effective collaboration with EU/global teams with strong influence on driving the DACH Agenda. 

Über Dich

• Completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in brand marketing within the consumer goods industry, with a strong emphasis on launching innovations and entering new growth spaces
• Convincing and inspiring personality with a strong influence and engagement in stakeholder management (internal and towards EU team) – used to work in a matrix with strong collaboration mindset
• Strong ownership, high self-motivation, and strategic as well as analytical thinking
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to declutter complexity to drive clarity and focus across the teams. Solution and results-orientation with to drive decisions, enjoy conceptual and creative work
• Experienced people leader with solid coaching & people development skills
• Excellent strategic and entrepreneurial thinking paired with pragmatic realization
• Excellent project management skills and sound experience in the implementation of media campaigns and product innovations
• Fluent in German and English 
• Availability for traveling to maintain high business acumen & proximity across markets

Start is 1 May 2026 in our office locations Frankfurt, Munich or Nuremberg. The position is limited for 12 months.
