WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Change and Transformation unit works closely with business and divisional units to shape and implement meaningful change, guided by a "think global, act local" mindset.

• In your new role, you advise management as well as People & Culture Business Partners on current and upcoming transformation challenges.
• Furthermore, you design tailored change-management strategies for strategic projects and bespoke requests, and support their hands‑on implementation.
• You apply your broad methodological toolkit to lead compelling group discussions and workshops across diverse contexts.
• Additionally, you create and deliver initiatives that make company culture tangible and empower people to own and sustain change.
• Lastly, you contribute to a global mindset while acting locally to drive meaningful transformation.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• master’s degree in psychology, economics, or a related field with extensive experience as a freelance or inhouse change management consultant
• ideally, a qualification in (systemic) consulting or coaching
• teamplayer with strong communication skills in German and English
• creative, solution-oriented, and resilient with a hands-on mentality
• proficient in MS PowerPoint and open to digital solutions
• willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
