WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• completed master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a comparable, business-related field
• at least five years of professional experience in marketing, product management, supply chain, sales, R&D, or production-related environments
• strong analytical, project management, technical, and commercial skills, as well as proven leadership competencies without disciplinary responsibility
• excellent English skills and strong communication abilities
• team player with intercultural competence and willingness to travel occasionally
