• In our R&D Reagents department you will be a team member of a research team focusing on antibody generation.
• Your task will mainly be the molecular cloning, generation of immune libraries as well as expression, purification and flow cytometric evaluation of antibody fragments on a small scale in a high-throughput process. You will also be involved in cell culture work and analysis of recombinant proteins.
• It is your responsibility to plan and perform your experiments independently. In addition, you will work closely with your colleagues.
• You will carefully interpret the experimental data and document the results. You will also present the results in the team and to a wider audience within the company.

• You have completed your studies in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Biology (M.Sc.) and gained solid experience in the field of binder generation / antibody discovery. Additionally, you already have 1-2 years of professional experience in the field.
• You are passionate about science and highly experienced in cell culture, and/or protein biochemistry, and flow cytometry.
• You have an affinity to analytical instruments and new software while learning quickly. First experience with high throughput screening using liquid handling systems is advantageous.
• You are a goal-oriented self-starter. The passion to work on biotechnological therapies and products drives you to plan and work independently.
• Very good English skills complete your profile, German would be a plus.
