Join our brilliant team as Senior Engineer Millimeter Wave/RF Design and take over demanding challenges in RF analog and mixed-signal design of innovative radar transceiver RX. In your new role you will be responsible for:

• Designing and validating RF and mm-wave components across the product lifecycle, from initial concept to mass production
• Taking ownership of layout activities in close collaboration with the layout team and ensuring successful design verification for a seamless tape-out process
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including concept developers, layout engineers, laboratory specialists, testing professionals, and quality assurance experts
• Offering mentorship and guidance to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Contributing to technical decision-making processes and communicating effectively with various stakeholders

Your Profile

You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You are focused open for inputs from team members also within a diverse working environment. This enables you to find good solutions in a reasonable time and push ideas to their full implementation and application.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in RF/mmWave Designwithin CMOS technology
• Familiarity with designing integrated transceiver products
• Basic understanding of Wireless or Radar Transceiver Lineups
• Knowledge of RF design at the transistor level, including RX and TXchains, and building blocks such as LNA, Filter, Mixer, PLL, and Power Amplifier
• Proven experience in the design of RF and mm-wave passive components
• Strong networking skills that help you to build sustainable connections across locations & subjects
• Fluent English language skills, German as an added plus
