As the expert for NVM characterization you will be responsible for characterization and optimization of NVM array operation in technology development and transfer projects. This will cover both embedded floating gate flash technologies as well as emerging memory concepts like resistive RAM (RRAM).
In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for characterization of embedded NVM arrays in the frame of technology development and transfer projects. This includes test program development, NVM array characterization, optimization of operating & testing conditions as well as performing pre-qualification testing
• You will act as an interface between NVM macro design and product test engineering
• Cooperate closely with technology development, transfer, product test engineering, NVM macro design and Silicon foundry teams in different locations (Dresden, Munich, Padua, Singapore and Taiwan)

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in electrical engineering, physics or related fields
• About 5 years working experience in the field of electrical semiconductor device characterization
• Good experience in non-volatile memory devices and processes
• Experience in software close to hardware languages (e.g. assembler)
  and low level drivers
• Business fluent English
• Very good communication skills across different management levels, team disciplines and geographical locations
