Do you want to play a major part in the expansion of our Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Module Development? Is team development, networking with clients and internal development teams in order to continue our market lead position what you call “the perfect challenge”? Then our team might be a good match for you. We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Design and Firmware who will have a high visibility within the company as well as in the Business Lines.
In your new role you will:

• Lead the growing Digital Design and Firmware Development team for NVM modules
• Continuously develop the skills of all team members
• Embrace diversity in all aspects
• Be responsible for onboarding and integration of external contractors
• Foster the development methodology from state-of-the-art to leading edge
• Balance the development pipeline load within your team based on close alignment with project needs
• Cooperate and interact closely with NVM project management, chip top level integration teams, relevant adjacent departments, FE/BE technology and foundry teams, HR, R&D controlling (finance)

Your Profile

You act as if Infineon were your own enterprise and you are able to recognize potential obstacles in time and use them as good opportunity for further improvement. You maintain the exchange of your professional expertise and hence supports others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics or similar
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor business
• First experience in RnD team leadership
• Already acted as formal tutor or mentor is beneficial
• Proven experience in leading complex programs / projects with demonstrated success can be a good asset
• Intercultural awareness and ability to manage multicultural teams in different sites and segments
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German will be an added advantage
